:: Meditation Retreat :: with Georgia Vavasour

One day diving deep & letting go on the expansive Muriwai coast.

An opportunity to take a deep dive, elevate and uplift over an easy to attend, but powerful, one day retreat.    Powerful group practice via morning and afternoon rounds, delicious nourishing meals and company, and elevating discussion

earn the process & finer mechanics of how to Let Go. On this retreat I'll be sharing over several hours how to apply the letting go process to grief, sadness, loneliness, anger, anxiety, attachments and more.  I've long wanted an extended period of time to teach this process in full.  You'll leave deeply rested & equipped to process powerful emotions & triggers in a new way.

On this one day immersive experience, you will:

  • have a beautiful deep reset of the nervous system over 2 powerful group rounds together in a beautiful setting

  • learn how to master the Letting Go/ Body Feeling technique which I use every day to supplement my meditation practice

  • learn how to let go, fully, instantly and to process powerful emotions and triggers - such as grief, sadness, loneliness anxiety & anger.

  • learn when you might be attached to something & how to let go of that attachment (such as needing something to happen/go a particular way) so you can be free of feeling bound by it/suffering

  • learn the applied Letting Go technique - how to use it to clear obstacles to your progress

  • spend several hours with Georgia’s personalized instruction, attention & wisdom

  • enjoy a delicious morning tea, signature chai & nourishing lunch
