Taking the time to press pause so we can reflect on our lives and get back to our centre is often the hardest thing to do.

Modern life is busy and can be overwhelming. Take this opportunity to restore balance to your life on this one day retreat. Join Tamara, Tanija and Siân for a day of yoga, meditation and nutrition. These practises aim to give you the tools to re-energise and nourish your body, mind and spirit.

Our day together will include:

  • Yoga - slow flow exploring strength and balance with Tania

  • Using a meditative practise to pause, journey within and restore balance to the nervous system with Siän

  • A nourishing catered lunch and beverages

  • Nourishing your body and balancing sleep, energy and hormones with Tamara

  • Reflective journaling session with Siän and Tamara

  • Restorative yoga and guided relaxation with Tania
