Welcome to this transformative Movement + Breath Workshop, an immersive experience that integrates the functional benefits of movement and breath. This workshop goes beyond conventional wellness practices by placing an emphasis on the scientific background of breathing, dysfunctional breath and movement patterns. 

Led by an expert facilitator, Molly, who is a New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist specialising in Neurological and Respiratory conditions. Molly is also a Buteyko breathing instructor and Yoga & Pilates teacher, no matter what your physical ability or medical history, you will be in safe hands. Participants will embark on a journey to explore the intricate connection between movement and breath, unlocking a harmonious balance within. Through purposeful yoga poses, specialised breathing techniques, and insightful discussions on breathing patterns, attendees will gain valuable tools to implement into everyday life. You will learn the up to date science behind your breath and how bad habits in our modern world are affecting our health. You will gain essential skills to slow down your body and mind to improve your sleep, reduce fatigue and improve movement patterns.


Join Molly in this rejuvenating exploration, where each breath becomes a pathway to self-discovery and each movement a step towards holistic health.


6:30pm - 6:45pm: Welcome and Introduction

6:45pm - 7:15pm: Breathing education and breathing exercises

7:15pm - 8:15pm: Linking movement and the functional breath through a guided flow, ending with Yin Yoga

8:15pm - 8:30pm: Final questions, discussions and close
