The Good Girl Funeral is a transformative experience designed to help women recognise the patterns they’ve outgrown, release the roles they no longer wish to carry, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been silenced in the pursuit of being accepted.
This is not about becoming someone new, it’s about reclaiming who you were before the world told you who you should be.
Through connection with others, movement, music, and guided embodied exercises, we will explore how to reconnect with our bodies, strengthen our boundaries, and build trust in our full-body fuck yes and full-body fuck no.
Together, we will practice choosing authenticity over approval, self-trust over self-abandonment, and truth over performance.
This is the death of the good girl and the birth of your most authentic self.
