Learn Varied Yoga & Meditation Style
We introduce three styles of yoga – Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin, Mindfulness, Yoga Philosophy, Pranayama techniques, Mantra and Meditation. Our approach to asana, is about combining traditional yoga practices with modern science with evidence based movement practices such as functional movement, somatics and trauma aware yoga. We ensure you are well equipped with effective tools and techniques to support students and to develop your own personal practice.
Cultivate a daily Sadhana (spiritual practice)
Over the course of the training you will learn how to cultivate a sustainable daily practice – this includes asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra, self-reflection and journalling. This is a key area in the training as the more self aware and embodied in your practice the more authentic and connected you become in teaching.
Workshops
Asana clinics and workshops are held throughout the training to allow students to further develop specific skills in areas such as public speaking, finding your authentic voice, building confidence and presence to deliver powerful and meaningful classes.

With only 20 spaces available we make sure you receive our undivided individual attention.
Ongoing Support
After graduating from our training we offer one to one mentoring with lead trainers if you wish to further develop teaching and life skills.
Training Dates
Modules 1-4 Hours: Approx 8am-6pm daily
March 15th – 19th: Module One 50hours
April 26th – 30th: Module Two 50hours
May 24th – 28th: Module Three 50hours
June 21st – 25th: Module Four 50hours
Finals: June 30 – July 2 – Finals preparation and practical’s & written assessment
July 9th: Graduation

Enrolment in this program is not confirmed until a $500 deposit is received.

Refund policy:
For cancellation one month prior to the start date, payment will be refunded. Less than one month prior to and up to the day before training begins, 25% of the teacher training cost will be refunded. There is NO refund once training begins.
