One love, One heart. Offers A day retreat dedicated to oneself.
A day dedicated to you — an investment in knowledge for life.
An invitation to cultivate awareness and add meaningful tools to your “kete” — because knowledge truly is power.
This retreat is the first in a series of five, where we’ll explore how to support ourselves and our whānau through seasonal changes. You may have noticed how both body and mind can feel more vulnerable during these transitions. Learning simple practices like self-massage — and sharing them with others — can help strengthen not only our immune systems, but also our connections with those around us.
The day is inspired by the seasonal shift into Autumn, guided by the wisdom of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. These ancestral systems remind us to stay mindful, support our wellbeing, and listen closely to the rhythms of nature.
“Learn to relax your body, release tension, and confidently give simple healing touch to others.”
You will leave with:
Techniques to release your own tension anytime
Confidence to massage friends/family
Feeling deeply relaxed and cared for
A meaningful, heart-opening experience
Feel safe:
Fully clothed
Clear boundaries
Beginner-friendly
Optional participation
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the day.
A message from Alexandra
“The day will begin with yoga, creating a gentle and grounding container for our experience together.
We’ll start by learning self-massage techniques to help you connect with and understand your own body. From there, you’ll move into practicing with each other — gaining hands-on experience and confidence.
This is an intimate offering, with a limited group of 12 people, allowing space for connection and personal attention. Together, we’ll explore how massage can support us during the autumn season, focusing on the metal element, and the large intestine and lungs. I’ll be sharing insights, tips, and practices drawn from over 20 years of professional experience. I’m really looking forward to meeting you.”
