The Rage Cave
Your anger was never the problem. Your relationship to it is.
The Rage Cave is where that conditioning comes to die.
We’re often taught to suppress our anger, to be nice, to stay quiet, to make ourselves smaller. But denying what we feel doesn’t make it disappear — it disconnects us from our truth, our boundaries and our power.
This is an invitation to reconnect with your anger and the parts of yourself you may have been taught are too much or not welcome.
Through movement, music, connection with other women and guided embodied practices, we’ll get out of our heads and into our bodies. We’ll create space to feel, express and release the anger we’ve been holding back, and reconnect with what lies underneath it.
Because your anger has something to tell you.
This is about reclaiming your boundaries, your voice and your power. Coming back to the version of you that is unapologetic about how she feels, what she needs and who she is.
A space to feel. To express. To release. To reclaim.
And through it, we become lighter, liberated, empowered and more deeply connected to ourselves.
This is where the good girl gets buried, and something a lot more honest gets to breathe.
