Breathe Wright with Amanda

Amanda Wright discovered the power and connection to breath in May 2020 through the ice man Wim Hoff. The Wim Hoff Method became part of her daily morning regime which piqued her curiosity and took her down a pathway to research and discover the many different modalities of breathwork.

With so much uncertainty on the planet, our breath is one of the most important tools that as humans we can tap into at any time to support the transformation of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Amanda is currently studying to become a breathwork practitioner with Dan Brule and the Breathmastery programme.

The 1.5 hour workshop is designed to provide you with easy techniques that can be used at anytime of the day for relaxing, calming and energising you through functional and optimal breathing.

What to bring: -warm clothes -water bottle -yoga mat (if you have one)

Breathwork is best practiced on an empty stomach so plan accordingly.

If you are pregnant (due to breath holds) or suffer from any of the following conditions this specific session is not recommended:-severe cardiovascular problems -severe asthma or respiratory problems -epilepsy -schizophrenia
