Shake the Dust is a radically inclusive movement practice that brings together shaking, jumping, dancing, free movement and body weight training, not to mention a kick-ass playlist, for a transformative and embodied work-out for the bodymind. Through a guided poetic universe, with a theme related to each practice, this class is designed for EVERY BODY - offering a cathartic release, a great ‘work-in’, sweat, and a strong, resilient body.
