This is the space from which you feel confident within yourself, you feel trust, and you feel the knowing. From this safe space you are able to make decisions with self worth, without fear, without anxiety.

How do we become disconnected?
From our patterning.
Our patterning based off what we have learnt from our elders, our parents and our peers;
our patterning regarding our actions, lifestyle and thinking habits that we have learnt to keep us alive.
These, many times, take us away from the safe space within.
Any time we taught ourselves to create habits of survival, acting from fear, we stepped away from the safe space. Eventually, more and more of these piled on and we began to live from a space of survival.
As a Chiropractor, Sheetal realised that it is the lack of the ability to adapt between the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System - where most people are operating vastly from a fight/flight space, that created chronic tension in the body. Constantly being on the go, or the subconscious choices made from fear was causing more pain and more health issues in the body.
