The winter solstice represents a cosmic shift, a transition from the darkest point of the year toward the gradual return of light. The solstice is a symbol of resilience and the cyclical nature of life, a reminder that there is beauty to be found in the quiet darkness of winter’s dreaming Earth. When we gather to honour and celebrate these seasonal transitions as a community, we strengthen our connection to the sacred web of life, weaving ourselves into its rhythm once more.
Sisters, we invite you to retreat with us for one day in honour of the winter solstice.
Earth Body is a precious day to gift to ourselves in cultivation of self-nurturance and deep rest. A day of coming together in reflection, stoking our internal fires and re-igniting passion within ourselves and each other. From here we re-enter the world in remembrance of our truth and inherent belonging.
Our intention for Earth Body is to hold you in reverence, of all you are and the uniqueness you bring into this space. This day is for you, as an opportunity to fulfil the delicious desire to be in service to yourself.
We will explore what it is to be a well-nourished woman, through various modalities such as cacao ceremony, somatic movement expression, plant spirit meditation, plant-crafting rituals, conscious conversation, shared kai, yin yoga, and soulful sound bathing. We want this day to feel simple, for you to have the time and space you need to delve deep into the mystery of your feminine form in the fertile darkness of winter.

We have a limited amount of EarlyBird tickets at $180, full price is $220.
