Come and receive rest, nourishment and time to uplift your being all whilst connecting with other likeminded wahine.

Self Care doesn't have to be hard.

The evening will begin with a gentle self care practice as we flow onto honest conversations on how we can take care of ourselves and create healthy routines, all whilst creating a beautiful 3 course meal.

Finish your time at Kula with a spa under the stars, time to lay down and rest with a cuppa or to just soak in the spaciousness of Kula’s stunning environment and BE.

Picture this - our hearts gather around the table as we are beautifully guided by Maddy Tait the Food Mama on how to make a nourishing, plant based 3 course meal together. The sound of laughter is contagious and you feel yourself deeply immersed in the experience .

From a seasonal probiotic salad, decorative focaccia, mouth water dips, zucchini skewers and heart warming cocoa bliss balls.
