  • :: Vinyasa Flow with Ant

    :: TUESDAYS 6.30 - 7.30am :: Sunrise Vinyasa Flow

    An early morning option for before work or just for those that want to kick start their day in a positive way.

    Join me on the mat nice and early to explore different flows to energize you for the day ahead. The flows will be focussed on strength, mobility & flexibility. These classes will be accessible for beginners whilst still providing a challenge to those that already have a solid practice.

    My flows will generally start with a short meditation and/or breath modality & increase in intensity throughout the flow, before integrating into a meditation & stillness to end.

    :: ABOUT ANT ::

    Having a busy family life, a passion for sports & owning and running a business in the corporate world has shown Ant how important mindfulness is to balance his life.

    As a result, Ant loves to bring mindfulness & intention to his classes but also builds in strong elements, loves powerful flows & a few balances.

    Ant was introduced to yoga 6 years ago & found it complemented his busy life & high intensity training so much he now has yoga/mindfulness as a non-negotiable in each day.

    Ant’s goal is to open the door to people caught in the rate race, to incorporate mindfulness into their daily habits. Yoga was the gateway for Ant into mindfulness and he wants to allow others to find this also.

    :: COST ::

    The cost for this class is $15 per session. However Ant and KULA would love to offer this space free of charge for anyone that is currently still displaced from their homes within the community.

    We now also offer a group class session - which will gave you access to 5 classes with Ant at a discounted rate.

  • :: Restore your Movement and Breath with Molly

    :: MONDAYS 6:45 – 7:45pm :: Yin + Breathwork

    Come to Molly’s class to find calmness, throughout your body, your mind and your breath.

    The soothing practice is reflected in the softness of the breathwork. In this class, you take the time to heal your nervous system through gentle breathwork and restorative poses as a tonic for your body.

    In her classes you will;

    • Learn the up to date science of breathing and how this relates to yoga, your health and longevity

    • Learn how to use simple breathing techniques to change your physiological state, creating a sense of calm and improving your sleep

    • Maximise the benefits of your yoga practice through slowing down your breath

    • Learn about the importance of nasal breathing

    :: ABOUT MOLLY ::

    Molly is a Neurological Physiotherapist, Yoga Teacher, Buteyko Method Breathing Practitioner and Pilates Instructor. She also has a degree in Medical Science.

    She founded ‘Move with Molly’ to provide holistic, science based healthcare, to treat and manage long term conditions but to also provide proactive healthcare.   • :: Flex 'n' Flow Class with Karla Tomlinson

    :: TUESDAYS 7 - 8.00PM :: Flex ‘n’ flow

    These classes are structured to offer a full body workout that incorporates cardiovascular, strength building and resistance training. Also helping to improve fitness, flexibility and posture. Accessible for all ages and abilities, working YOUR body to YOUR limit!

    If you have a love for many of the outdoor pursuits here on our doorstep (golfing, biking, surfing) but are finding you are struggling with your strength and stamina, this could be due to the lack of movement you get on a daily basis or if your job means you are sat at your desk hunched over looking at a screen all day! Then come along to a class and see if it fits your goals.

    We move steadily through the exercises ensuring we are targeting the muscles we’re trying to work and finish with a nice stretching session to close.

    :: ABOUT KARLA ::

    With an interest in moving her body from a young age karla has participated in many forms of exercise from netball and hockey at school to cheerleading and dancing in between! A 2 year stint teaching hip hop classes and returning to ballet at 30!

    After discovering Barre classes on arrival in NZ, karla embarked on her training in 2020. Followed shortly by a course working with pre and post natal women. In 2023 she completed her Reformer Pilates qualification.

    She has put together this Flex ‘n’ Flow class to incorporate her training knowledge to provide a full body workout accessible for all.

  • :: Breathwork Collab with Manu Gallo

    :: SUNDAY EVENING 10th March ::

    'BreathworkCOLLAB' 90 min ceremonies are created as a mind-body experience, we will use the transformative power of conscious connected breathing and music to reconnect with our breath and explore non-ordinary states of consciousness.

    Manu will combine a short pre-talk of a different topic each time, followed by a breathwork journey where he will guide you through a series of breathing techniques into an immersive experience of electronic music and blissful states of no-mind, no-where and no-time. The intention with this journey is to connect with our inner world and reset our system.

    You will leave on a natural high with a sense of freedom, focus, energy and calmness and maybe even a new sense of self.

    :: ABOUT MANU ::

    Manu became interested in breathwork in an out-of body experience at Burning Man back in 2019 which was a catalyst for a life changing journey that completely shifted his own life and beliefs on the potential of human beings.

    He is a breathwork facilitator, career firefighter and father of two and it is his mission to spread the life changing possibilities of breathwork to the world, creating ‘breathworkCOLLAB’ with the intention to bring new and ancient breathing techniques and apply them to the individual and collective challenges of the modern world.

    Manu has been learning from some of the modern day masters of breathwork and continuously witnessed the transformative effects of when people became aware of their breathing and started to use it as a tool to create physical, mental and emotional benefits. This free medicine is available to everyone and it’s Manu’s mission to remind the world how to breathe consciously.

    Breathwork is the art and science of using breath awareness and conscious breathing intentionally as a tool for improving your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
